RedLocus Consulting ("RedLocus", "we", "us") provides software consulting and related services. This page describes how we handle personal information on redloc.us and any apps or services we operate.

What we collect

• Contact data you send us (name, email, message).
• Usage data from our site (basic analytics, error logs). We do not sell or broker this information.
• Account / OAuth data (future Garmin/Strava integrations): tokens are stored encrypted-at-rest and scoped per user. We only request the minimum scopes needed and never store raw credentials.

How we use data

• To respond to inquiries and provide services.
• To secure, operate, and improve our sites and integrations.
• To provide optional features like ride analysis (only with your consent).

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may use vetted processors for hosting, email, and analytics bound by data processing agreements. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, or security.

Data retention

We retain data only as long as necessary for the stated purposes or as required by law. You can request deletion at any time.

Security

We use TLS in transit and encryption at rest for sensitive data, role/least‑privilege access, and audit logging for administrative actions.

Your choices

• Access/Delete: Email rclarkson@redloc.us to request a copy or deletion of your data.
• Consent: You can disconnect any third‑party integration at any time; tokens are revoked and purged.
• Cookies/Analytics: You can block cookies in your browser; the site will still work.

International

We operate from Canada and may process data in the United States. Where required, we use Standard Contractual Clauses for cross‑border transfers.
